The Sales Coordinator will serve as the primary point of contact for the Sales Team and customers. This role entails managing schedules, providing feedback, documentation, and information to facilitate team activities. Collaborating closely with sales teams to optimize performance is also essential.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Conduct B2B calling and generate qualified leads.2. Handle cold calls and outbound calling processes effectively.3. Coordinate with sales teams to ensure seamless operations.4. Ensure the quality of sales-related equipment and update as necessary.5. Monitor team progress, identify shortcomings, and propose improvements.6. Schedule meetings or calls between potential customers and sales representatives.7. Generate new accounts through online channels for increased outreach.8. Engage with customers to discuss products/solutions according to their business requirements.9. Develop and maintain relationships with senior executives, demonstrating sales and relationship-building abilities.10. Profile the customer base, expand customer reach, and implement solution selling strategies.11. Focus on customer satisfaction and meet sales targets consistently.

Requirements:
1. 1-3 years of sales experience, preferably in IT and/or telesales.2. Fluency in the local language and proficient in oral and written English.3. Demonstrated consultative selling experience with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals.4. Strong organizational, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
