About the role:

Key responsibilities:

  • Quick output of shortform and longform content pieces
  • Well adapted with the news & workings of the entertainment industry
  • Has the ability to learn and encourage teams to collaborate and help meet short deadlines
  • Can work independently with designers and stakeholders to innovate and curate content.
  • Newsletters, Bulletins & Internal Communications
  • Website Content & Social Media

Skills:

  • Strong interpersonal, creative, presentation, influencing, facilitation, organizational, prioritization, decision making, analytical, multi tasking skills
  • Deadlineoriented, inquisitive, with great followup and reporting skills.
  • Will be an excellent communicator, with brilliant presentation and organizational skills.
  • Ability to think both creatively and strategically.
  • Quick and enthusiastic learner.

Qualifications and Prior Experience:

  • Native understanding of digital advertising (organic social, mobile, paid social, display, rich media, VOD) with a strong grasp of marketing.
  • Understanding of social media and solid experience working with bloggers, artists, and talent.
  • Proven experience creating targeted content is advantageous.
  • Strong knowledge of communication practices and techniques.
  • Student/ Bachelor's degree in communications, journalism, public relations or relevant field.
  • You are a creative thinker
  • You have an excellent grasp on writing, content, social media marketing, and building digital communities.
  • Your organizational skills reflect the ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly
  • You like paying attention to detail (and are great at it)
  • You have strong Interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships across teams
  • You have demonstrated proactive approaches to creating new avenues on editorial content
  • You can adapt to various competing demands on parallel projects
