About the job (Job Responsibilities)


Facilitate the implementation and support of
SAPMaterials Management module issueMust have worked on the Inbound and Outbound transportation process in LE TransportationMust have worked on EDI monitoring and background job monitoringShould have knowledge in Master Data e.g.

vendor master,material master,outline agreement, business Partner, dangerous goods,Minimum three Implementation experience and strong knowledge in procurment scenariosIntegration with other
SAPmodules like SD,LE,WMFunctional Experience
SAPMaterials Management and Inventory Mangement (MM-IM) including 6-10 years of overall all experience in Supply Chain Logistics modulesS/4HANA experience is added advantage
SAPMM certification is advantageous not mandatoryIncident Management:
Service-Now Tool knwoledge registering, monitoring and resolving of application related tickets and change requestMonitoring overall performance of application, responsible for integrity of production environmentMaintaining the applications according to the SLA and in line with the regional business needsPeriodic standby for emergencies (24x7 availability schedule)Operationalize priority setting as agreed with the businessFunctioning as a 1st escalation point for Application Maintenance related servicesEnsuring IM process compliance for area of responsibilityTakes care of proper and updated documentation of the application (technical - process – and end-user documentation)Conduct tests as defined in an integration test specification, recording details of any failures and carrying out fault diagnosisFrequently contact with key users on open tickets & act as co-coordinator for Key User network and meetingsSupport projects in execution of changes / enhancementsPlay an active role in the CAB / Change Advisory BoardImplement further automation initiatives
