Responsibilities:

  • Call potential customers to generate leads and set appointments
  • Promote our products and services to potential customers
  • Follow up with customers to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships
  • Record and update customer information in our database
  • Meet weekly and monthly targets
  • Communicate effectively with the sales team and other departments
  • Attend training and development sessions as required

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a tele caller or similar customer service/sales role (preferred)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced, targetdriven environment
  • Experience with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong organizational and timemanagement skills
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
  • High school diploma or equivalent

Job Types:
Full-time, Regular / Permanent

Salary:
₹8, ₹15,000.00 per month
