Responsibilities:

  • Develop training materials: Create presentations, manuals, and exercises to help trainees understand
mechanical engineering concepts.

  • Deliver training programs: Deliver training programs either in person or through online platforms.
Explain complex concepts in a simple and understandable manner, using visual aids and practical

examples to make the learning process easier.

  • Evaluate trainee performance: Assess trainee performance to ensure they understand the material
presented to them. Provide feedback and support to help trainees improve their understanding and

  • Collaborate with management: Work closely with management to understand the company\'s needs and
objectives. Develop training programs that align with these goals and ensure that trainees are

well-prepared to contribute to the organization\'s success.

  • Stay updated with industry trends: Keep uptodate with the latest trends and advances in mechanical
engineering to ensure that training materials are relevant and effective.

  • Maintain training records: Maintain accurate records of all training activities, including attendance,
evaluations, and progress reports. Use this information to improve training programs and provide

feedback to management.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor\'s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
  • 01 years of experience in mechanical engineering or related field.
  • Experience developing training materials and delivering training programs.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain complex concepts in a simple and
understandable manner.

  • Strong organizational and recordkeeping skills.
  • Passion for sharing knowledge and facilitating learning.
