The Oracle Consulting ASEAN Team collaborates with large enterprises across ASEAN to guide and co-create modernization roadmaps using Oracle's wide array of business applications, cloud-based infrastructure, and enabling technologies.
This position is intended for a seasoned consulting professional with a comprehensive understanding of Supply Chain and Finance solutions, industry best practices, and business processes in the Supply Chain and Finance domain.
DescriptionWhat You'll Do
- As a Consulting Solution Manager, your role involves working with diverse customers from various sectors to offer consultancy and implementation services for Oracle Cloud.
- Your primary focus is to independently deliver high-quality work to clients, grasp their business challenges and needs, pinpoint opportunities to enhance efficiency, as well as advocate for and guide customer leadership towards accepting best-practice and innovative solutions using Oracle's Cloud Applications and Technology offerings.
- You will have the chance to interact with customers spanning across industries such as banking, insurance, manufacturing, telecom, education, government, and more.

What You'll Bring
- Over 15 years of relevant experience, particularly in IT Implementation Consulting for Oracle E-Business Suite and/or Oracle ERP Cloud Business Applications.
- Significant expertise in ERP implementation.
- Experience in implementing Oracle E-Business Suite Financials/Oracle Supply Chain and Financials Cloud.
- Prior engagement with large enterprises in consulting, enhancing business processes, and implementing IT solutions.
- Demonstrates independence by applying Oracle methodology, company protocols, industry best practices, and creativity in developing business solutions for moderately complex client projects.
- Ability to influence customer leadership in adopting Oracle solutions and services to facilitate consulting deal closures.
- Contributing to statements of work, work breakdown structures, and staff plans. Conducting solution presentations and demonstrations to clients.
- Aptitude for crafting and communicating strategic solutions effectively.
- Establishing and nurturing a network and staying updated on industry or product-specific knowledge.
- Responsible for transferring deal insights to the implementation team. Leading the solution design aspects of engagements to ensure the delivery of high-quality, integrated business solutions.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, capable of engaging with Finance Leaders and top executives comfortably.
- Possesses a global perspective, geographical mobility, and adaptability to change.
