**Title : Lead APM Engineer

The Company:

World of Kotak product suite encompasses a powerful suite of cross banking assets, all-in-one stop banking services, securities, and investment banking; insights across a wide spectrum of the major financial and banking markets.


Duties

  • Build strong stakeholder relationships with the CoEs, Product owners and key business stakeholders.
  • Ensure on time delivery of APM activities.
  • This role would implement and maintain AppDynamics configurations and scripts used for Global Applications within entire Kotak Mahindra Bank.
  • Contributes actively to the overall APM strategy, especially feasibility checks, requirement gathering, implementing and configurations for project implementations.
  • Planning, design, Implement, Configure, maintain, report generation, root cause analysis, bottleneck analysis and following up for closure.
  • Drives continual improvement of the AppDynamics/APM process.
  • Contributes to developing and enhancing the automation framework as well as keeping it up to date with changes in functionality.
  • Applies APM tools and technologies to support the AppDynamics tool across the integrated Agile software development lifecycle.
  • Accountable for adherence to procedures and deliverables, defect leakage targets, root cause analysis and process improvements in collaboration.
  • Automation mindset to reduce manual work
  • CI/CD tools, automation tools, ticketing tools, etc.

Skills

  • 5+ years of experience in APM tools/Performance Engineering.
  • Hands on experience in APM tool AppDynamics is must.
  • Hands on experience on installing Java,.NET, PHP, NodeJS agents.
  • Hands on experience in configuring BT's, alerts and dashboards as per the business demands.
  • Expertise in selenium, Python, Shell scripting.
  • Integrate AppDynamics with different 3rd party tools.
  • Proficient in functioning in an Agile team.
  • Expose to CI/CD tools (preferably Jenkins) like Jenkins/Bamboo and ticketing tools (at least one) like Service Now, Remedy, JIRA, etc.
