Software Requirements:

  • Proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, and microservices architecture
  • Strong knowledge of object-oriented programming (OOP) concepts, multithreading, file handling, and data structures
  • Experience with build tools such as Ant/Maven, continuous integration tools like Jenkins, TeamCity, and uDeploy, as well as code quality analysis tools such as SonarQube
  • Expertise in unit and integration testing using JUnit
  • Familiarity with performance tuning, troubleshooting, and strong SQL knowledge
  • Solid understanding of Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA) concepts, RESTful API, and SOAP

Overall Responsibilities:

  • Analyze requirements and translate them into technical designs and code
  • Collaborate with the team to develop and maintain high-quality software
  • Independently work on software development tasks
  • Adapt to a rapidly changing environment and contribute to the team's success
  • Contribute to the improvement of software development processes and practices

Category-wise Technical Skills:

  • Programming Languages: Proficiency in Java
  • Frameworks: Strong knowledge of Spring Boot and microservices
  • Build & Integration Tools: Experience with Ant/Maven, Jenkins, TeamCity, and uDeploy
  • Testing: Expertise in unit and integration testing using JUnit
  • Code Quality Analysis: Familiarity with SonarQube
  • Database: Strong SQL knowledge
  • Web Services: Understanding of RESTful API and SOAP
  • Performance Tuning: Experience in performance tuning and troubleshooting

Experience:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Java development
  • Experience working with Spring Boot, microservices, and related technologies
  • Strong understanding of OOP concepts, multithreading, file handling, and data structures
  • Experience in building, integrating, and testing Java applications
  • Knowledge of performance tuning and troubleshooting, as well as strong SQL knowledge
  • Familiarity with SOA concepts and web services (RESTful API, SOAP)

Day-to-Day Activities:

  • Analyze and understand software requirements
  • Design and develop high-quality, scalable, and reliable Java applications
  • Perform unit and integration testing
  • Optimize application performance through tuning and troubleshooting
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure successful software delivery
  • Contribute to code reviews and participate in team discussions

Qualifications & Soft Skills:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Adaptability to changing project requirements and priorities
  • Strong analysis and design skills, including understanding of OO design patterns
