Job Title:
Personal Secretary to Director/CEO

Job Summary:

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain the Director/CEO's calendar, including scheduling and coordinating appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
  • Conduct research on various topics and present findings to the Director/CEO.
  • Handle confidential and sensitive information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.
  • Perform various administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and organizing paperwork.
  • Prepare agendas and materials for meetings and ensure that all necessary information is available for the Director/CEO.
  • Coordinate with other members of the team to ensure smooth workflow and efficient operation of the Director/CEO's office.
  • Maintain accurate records of all communications, meetings, and appointments.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a personal secretary or executive assistant to a Director/CEO.
  • Excellent organizational and timemanagement skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field preferred.

Job Types:
Full-time, Regular / Permanent

Salary:
Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
