  • 1 Literature Survey & Lab/Plant trials 1.1 To understand the Chemistry of existing process.
  • 1.2 Generate Lab trials data same as plant by not affecting quality and quantity of product.
  • 1.3 Generate literature survey regarding same process and alternate route
  • 1.4 Process developement for new molecules
  • 1.5 Implement idea in Lab as well as during plant trials 2 Productivity and Improvement 2.1 Conduct Stagewise experiment without affecting quality and quantity as per plant.
  • 2.2 Conduct Plants trials for idea implementation same as Lab to achive saving or quality improvement.
  • 2.3 To ensure about glass wear and Chemicals availability in Lab

To improve performance of Lab operations

  • 3 Safety & Housekeeping 3.1 Ensure 100% complaince for using appropriate PPEs while working in Lab & during Plant Trials
  • 3.2 Provide Refresher training of ERT/ Safety talks to colleagues
  • 3.3 Report near misses related to safety abnormalities ( either unsafe conditions or unsafe act)
  • 3.4 Maintain 5S standards

To ensure Safe Work Place with best housekeeping standards

  • 4 People Development 4.1 Develop colleagues for idea generation
  • 4.2 Provide training and encourage colleagues for generating Kaizens and One Point Lessons for improvements
