Job Title:
Social Media Executive

Responsibilities:


Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand visibility and engagement across various platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.

Create engaging and relevant content for social media channels, including posts, images, videos, and infographics.


Monitor social media channels for brand mentions, comments, and messages, and respond to inquiries in a timely and professional manner.

Manage social media advertising campaigns, including budget allocation, targeting, and optimization to achieve marketing objectives.

Analyze social media metrics and generate reports to track performance, identify trends, and propose improvements.


Stay up-to-date with industry trends, social media tools, and best practices, and implement new strategies to drive engagement and reach.

Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media activities with overall marketing campaigns and initiatives.

Identify and engage with influencers, bloggers, and online communities to expand brand reach and build partnerships.

Conduct competitive analysis to identify gaps and opportunities in the social media landscape.

Assist in the development of social media guidelines and policies for the organization.

Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.

Proven work experience as a Social Media Executive or similar role.

Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and trends.

Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Creative thinking and ability to generate innovative ideas.

Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.

Familiarity with graphic design tools and basic knowledge of photo and video editing.

Knowledge of SEO and content marketing principles.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.

Salary:
From ₹25,000.00 per month
