Experience of 5 yrs. Core design experience Strong in Written communication. Hands on CAD UG NX, Teamcenter or any other design software ===============================================
Responsibilities:
Responsible for Concept Design of different aggregates of sheet metal components for Construction Equipment machines,improve designs by adding features, and Material BOM Cost reduction through VA/VE initiatives. Strong manufacturing knowledge sheet metal components, weldments, fabrication Concept work and Design of various components and Sub-Assembly/ Assembly of Automobiles/ Construction Equipment machines. Design Detailing, BOM compilation and Engineering Drawing release through Engineering Change Management process. Understand Company specific and International Standard & follow the same within Team. Maintaining Quality and standards during daily work. Achieve deliverables as per given Timeline. Provides expertise and guidance on various hydraulic components that may include review and improvements to construction equipment systems. Conducts field studies on hydraulic facilities; identifies, recommends, and tests strategies to resolve problems and concerns. Researches and proposes expansion, upgrades, and/or necessary maintenance work required to maintain and improve vehicle performance. Designs and tests hydraulic systems; forecasts the effects on equipment, including expected wear and tear and degradation. Uses computer-aided design (CAD) software to create blueprints for hydraulic system an facilities. Determines appropriate materials, hydraulic components and equipment required for vehicle and facilities including pumps, pipes, motors, control valves etc Performs other related duties as required. ===============================================
Skills: Understanding of different structural aggregates of construction machinery Understanding of Automotive or Construction Equipment machines and its subsystems for product integration. Design Calculations and able to interpret same during design review. Know how on principles of operation and functions of hydraulic systems. Ability to read prints, drawings, and communicate with internal customers and vendors, also vendor development as per the specified. Hands on Assembly and Fitment issues addressed during design. Knowledge of Design for Manufacture & Assembly Awareness of cost factors in product design. ===============================================
