Job PurposeThe role holder supports Investor relations function through various business analysis to understand of macroeconomics, capital markets trends, competitor activities, industry dynamics, and customer trends

Key ResponsibilitiesM&A and Landscaping:
Working closely with business teams to identify the right partners and opportunities in the target business segmentFinancial forecasting and valuation of the business case(s)Evaluation of possible deal arrangements and liaising with other teams to oversee due diligence (such as taxation, legal, financial, commercial and technical)Project management for deals and working along-side legal, treasury, financial reporting, business teams to close the transactions


Investor RelationsEngagements with Investors and Analysts on the EML's developmentsPreparation of board meeting related documents (financial results, talkpoints etc.)Publishing the Investor presentation post quarterly resultsDraft Management discussion and analysis (MD&A) of annual reportPeriodic updates to the management about Investors/analysts activities and interactionProvide insights on market activity and present them to the leadership team including analyst reports, shareholding and stock performance reportTrack financial, business and operating performance of International peersRegularly track news, industry events, regulatory changes, peer's performance and resultsCollect data across dimensions e.g.

, industry, demography, company functions, mapping of international markets etc

Sustainability submissionsEicher Motors is among top 10 in the global auto OEM space in terms of ESG rankingsPreparing the submission documents for leading ESG rankings - S&P- (DJSI), MSCI and SustainalyticsPreparing the long term ESG roadmap for EML with benchmarking with the Industry leaders

Work ExperienceEducationMBA / Master's degree in Business, Finance, or Accounting

Experience3-5 years relevant experience including dealing with financial analysis and forecastingDemonstrated understanding of macroeconomics, capital markets trends, competitor activities, industry dynamics, and customer trendsExperience in Manufacturing industry
