Job Purpose

Coordinate, validate and compile individual circle Regulatory QoS reports (Monthly, Quarterly) to generate error free PAN India reports for timely submission.

Manage and coordinate TRAI audits in clusters.

Key Result Areas/Accountabilities

Guide circles for generating various regulatory reports (TRAI / DOT reports) Prepare national level regulatory reports by validating and compiling individual circle reports Coordination with all circle team members, SNOC, and Corporate regulatory team for adhoc reporting requirements that arise from time to time

Core Competencies, Knowledge, Experience

Very good understanding of regulatory reporting requirements with experience of Regulatory related activities and ability to collaborate with circle teams to design processes for generating error free reports. Very good communication and collaboration skills required to engage with circle teams for meeting various statutory reporting (TRAI & DOT) requirements (including Ad-hock requirements) Sound knowledge to RF Drive tests, benchmarking tools, User experience measurement KPIs including analysis of drive test reports to provide actionable insights In depth knowledge of Radio network KPIs for 2G, 3G and 4G for all OEMs (Ericsson, Huawei, Nokia, ZTE) for Voice and data. Working experience of 7+ years

Must have technical / professional qualifications

B.E preferably with Telecommunications stream with 7 + years of working experience in Telecom RF operations with exposure to regulatory reporting requirements.
