Job Responsibility; Job Responsibility1Execution & PlanningExecute and implement a marketing & PR campaign from start of production and beyond, consistent with brand valuesSupport and direct the creative agencies in marketing communication plans to maximize the reach and impact of advertising and promotion activities.


  • Plan and drive various launch campaigns and promotional activities in various geographical locations.
  • Plan and monitor allocation of funds for various activities.2Brand Management and Marketing Strategy
  • Implement brand communication based on understanding of consumer perceptions and demographic profiles according to the various geographical areas
  • Identify media agencies for all marketing communication activities
  • Analyze the efficiency and reach of the media campaigns planned and obtain approval from necessary stakeholders.
  • Drive market research and analytical activities, like CSI, DSI, SSI, acceptor/ rejecter studies and brand awareness studies, that capture the voice of the customer and give in-depth insight about the market
  • Anticipate changes in customer profile, technological environment, market dynamics, and design innovative solutions towards becoming the trend setter.
  • Develop innovative ways to conduct marketing activities in the most cost efficient manner possible without compromising on the experience that customers get from TML across the globe
  • Execute sales training programmes for distributors'/ dealers' sales teams

  • Coordinate and manage agency partners to ensure consistent and coherent execution of the marketing & PR plan
  • Develop relationships with key stakeholders and media agencies for timely and better delivery of task.
Collaborate with other key functions to develop and integrate plan for the product launch.

  • Support the development of the corporate internal and external communication plan
  • Manage the content quality for external communication especially through the various channels4Financial Management
  • Manage annual marketing & PR budget, measuring marketing & PR spend effectiveness against pre-agreed targets for return on investment
  • Contribute towards achievement of the top line, market share, and bottom-line targets for the brand assigned
  • Define annual budget for each activity and for different communication platform/medium
