Monitors processes and the efficiency of business controls and recommends improvements. Ensures accurate control, recording, and classification of transactions. Uses account governance systems and tools to input data, generate reports, conduct outstanding research projects and respond to inquiries. Works with sales support, customer service and order management teams to verify accounts.

  • Presenting and coordinating with internal partners as vital
  • Bring inconsistencies and problems to the attention of the management.
  • Work with other teams in coordination for customer data updates & management, governance, information management, collaboration with marketing departments,
  • Able to adjust to rotational work environment and flexible in shift coverage
  • Will be responsible for maintaining, improving, and making sure the team is required to maintain integrity of the process.

Mandatory Requirement:

  • Critical thinker, good analytical skills, Strong customerfocus & Datadriven approach.
  • Problemsolving & decisionmaking abilities to support the internal partner to achieve their goals.
  • Handson experience in SAP CRM, Mendix Web tool, SAP ECC Tcodes, and Google Geomapping search engine. Technical MS Office knowledge is an additional advantage.
  • Excellent verbal/written communication skills,to understand their requirements.
  • Experienced working in a multicultural, global environment.
  • Solid portfolio, excellent demeanor and a good teammate
  • Delivery oriented and able to work independently under deadlines. Knowledge of processes & documentation.
  • Flexible rotational Shift schedule
  • Experience 35 years, preferred prior work experience in Operations & master data
  • Spanish language expertise

Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's Degree or equivalent.

Graduate, Spanish language skill required.

Typically, at least 3+ years relevant experience.
