As a GRC Fusion Business Analyst, you will be responsible for leading the analysis, design, and implementation of Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) solutions using Oracle GRC Fusion applications. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders across various departments to understand their business needs and translate them into functional requirements for the GRC Fusion platform.

Role/Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough analysis of business processes and requirements related to governance, risk management, and compliance.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and prioritize business requirements for GRC Fusion implementations.
  • Design and configure Oracle GRC Fusion applications to meet business needs, ensuring alignment with industry best practices.
  • Develop test plans and conduct system testing to validate GRC Fusion configurations and customizations.
  • Provide end-user training and support during GRC Fusion implementations and post-implementation phases.
  • Work closely with IT teams and external vendors to ensure successful integration of GRC Fusion applications with existing systems and technologies.
  • Continuously monitor and evaluate the performance of GRC Fusion solutions, recommending enhancements and optimizations as needed.
  • Stay updated on the latest trends and developments in GRC technology and compliance standards.

Skills Required:
  • Proven experience (X years) working as a Business Analyst in GRC or related domains.
  • In-depth knowledge of Oracle GRC Fusion applications and modules.
  • Strong understanding of governance, risk management, and compliance principles and practices.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) is a plus.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., Oracle GRC Certified Implementation Specialist) are desirable.
