Payment Cycle: 90 DaysWe are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior SAP CS Consultant to lead our team in delivering cutting-edge SAP Customer Service solutions to our clients.

As a Senior SAP CS Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our customer service initiatives by leveraging your deep expertise in SAP CS module and your strong leadership skills.


Responsibilities:

  • Lead endtoend implementation projects for SAP Customer Service solutions, from requirements gathering and solution design to configuration, testing, and deployment.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, building trusted relationships and providing strategic guidance on leveraging SAP CS functionalities to achieve business objectives.
  • Lead workshops and design sessions with clients to define business processes, functional requirements, and solution architectures for SAP CS implementations.
  • Design and implement innovative solutions to address complex customer service challenges, utilizing both standard SAP functionality and custom enhancements.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to develop and deploy custom enhancements and extensions using ABAP programming language, ensuring alignment with client requirements and industry best practices.
  • Conduct comprehensive testing of SAP CS solutions to validate functionality, performance, and scalability, and ensure adherence to quality standards and client expectations.
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to junior consultants, fostering their professional growth and development through knowledge sharing, coaching, and handson guidance.
  • Partner with sales teams to identify new business opportunities and support presales activities, including solution demonstrations, proposal development, and client presentations.
  • Stay abreast of emerging trends and best practices in SAP Customer Service and related technologies, continuously enhancing your skills and knowledge to drive innovation and thought leadership within the organization.
