In this role, you will play a vital role in maintaining the health and performance of our SAP infrastructure.

You will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including installation, configuration, monitoring, and troubleshooting of SAP systems.

Responsibilities :

  • Install, configure, and maintain SAP systems (Central Instance, Dialog Instances, and background instances) on various platforms (physical or virtual).
  • Manage user accounts, authorizations, and security profiles within the SAP environment.
  • Perform system backups, recoveries, and migrations to ensure data integrity and system availability.
  • Monitor system performance and troubleshoot technical issues to maintain optimal system functionality.
  • Apply SAP Security patches and updates to ensure a secure and compliant environment.
  • Document system configurations and procedures for future reference and knowledge transfer.
  • Participate in system refresh and upgrade projects.
  • Collaborate with other IT teams (e.g., network administrators, database administrators) to resolve complex technical issues.
  • Stay uptodate on the latest SAP Basis technologies and best practices.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Minimum 23 years of experience in SAP Basis administration.
  • Strong understanding of SAP Basis concepts, architecture, and functionalities.
  • Experience with SAP NetWeaver administration is a plus.
  • Proficiency in operating systems (e.g., Windows Server, Linux)
  • Familiarity with database administration concepts (e.g., SQL) is a plus.
  • Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills.
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and teamwork abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
