Als Site Reliability Engineer, Lead (m/w/d) übernimmst Du eine Führungsrolle und bist für die Überwachung und Verbesserung der Zuverlässigkeit, Skalierbarkeit und Leistung unserer cloudbasierten Softwarelösungen verantwortlich. In enger Zusammenarbeit mit funktionsübergreifenden Teams leitest Du Initiativen zur Entwicklung, Implementierung und Wartung hochverfügbarer Systeme, um einen reibungslosen Betrieb und ein außergewöhnliches Nutzererlebnis zu gewährleisten.

Wie wird dein Tag aussehen

Leitung eines Site Reliability Engineer bei der Entwicklung, Implementierung und Verwaltung robuster und skalierbarer Lösungen für unsere cloudbasierten Softwareplattformen. Definieren und implementieren Sie Best Practices und Standards für Zuverlässigkeit, Leistung und Skalierbarkeit in unseren Systemen und unserer Infrastruktur. Du treibst Automatisierungsinitiativen für die Bereitstellung, das Konfigurationsmanagement und die Überwachung voran und nutzt dabei die Prinzipien und Tools von Infrastructure as Code (IaC). Einrichtung und Aufrechterhaltung von Prozessen für das Incident Management, einschließlich Bereitschaftsdienst, Incident Response und Post-Incident-Analyse zur Minimierung von Ausfallzeiten und Verbesserung der Systemzuverlässigkeit. Zusammenarbeit mit Entwicklungs-, Betriebs- und Architekturteams zur Optimierung der Systemarchitektur und -infrastruktur im Hinblick auf Skalierbarkeit und Leistung. Durchführung regelmäßiger Systemprüfungen, Leistungsanalysen und Kapazitätsplanung, um potenzielle Probleme proaktiv anzugehen und Wachstum zu ermöglichen. Du setzt dich für Sicherheitspraktiken und Compliance-Anforderungen ein und gewährleisten den Schutz unserer Systeme und sensiblen Daten. Was brauchst du, um die Rolle zu erfüllen

Bachelor-Abschluss in Informatik, Informationstechnologie oder einem verwandten Fachgebiet; ein höherer Abschluss oder Zertifizierungen sind von Vorteil. Erhebliche Erfahrung als Site Reliability Engineer oder in einer ähnlichen Funktion in einer Cloud-basierten Umgebung, mit nachgewiesenen Führungs- und Mentoring-Fähigkeiten. Erfahrung mit Cloud-Plattformen wie AWS, Azure oder GCP sowie fortgeschrittene Kenntnisse von Containerisierungstechnologien wie Docker oder Kubernetes. Beherrschung von Infrastructure as Code (IaC)-Tools (z. B. Terraform, CloudFormation) und gute Skripting-Kenntnisse in Python, Bash oder ähnlichen Sprachen. Tiefes Verständnis von Netzwerken, Datenbanken und Webdiensten sowie Erfahrung in der Implementierung von Überwachungs- und Protokollierungslösungen. Ausgezeichnete Führungs-, Problemlösungs- und Kommunikationsfähigkeiten mit dem Schwerpunkt auf kontinuierlicher Verbesserung und Innovation.
