·Mandatory - requirement of 7-10years Developing and Leading projects using SPFX Framework, Client\Server-sideObject Modelling `.

·Mandatory - demonstrable experiencein providing consulting, innovation, and project services across SharepointOnline and related technologies in a large organization.

·Mandatory - experience withMicrosoft 365 collaboration stack, including Office 365, SharePoint Online,OneDrive, and Teams.

·Previous involvement in large-scaleSharePoint Online and OneDrive environment rollouts, Intranet Portal Development,and ongoing support.

·Demonstrable experience in providingSharePoint Online app support to end users.

·Demonstrated experience indeveloping and implementing technology roadmaps aligned to enterprise strategy andoperational metrics and platform practices in large enterprise environments.

·Strong technical and thoughtleadership with demonstrable experience.

·Demonstrated ability to buildeffective, trusted relationships in a collaborative and engaging manner with abroad range of internal and external stakeholders

·Proven design, configuration,integration, testing, release, maintenance, and support of SharePoint Onlineapplications and Services

·Experience in deploy SharePointOnline Apps using VSCode

·Experience in defining andimplementing various levels of Office 365 security features includingMultifactor Authentication, Conditional Access Policy, DLP's and rules-basedfiltering

·Have a thirst and willingness toexpand knowledge with new technologies bringing benefits into the Tribe

·Have strong interpersonal skills andability to successful manage customer and stakeholder relationships.

·Experience working in an Agileenvironment, DevOps and Continuous Roll out

·Understand customer needs to makesound judgments

·Understanding of current state landscapeand relevant technologies

·Has a broad understanding of how toapply New Ways of Working to their role

·Must Have : SharePoint SPFXapplication development following Technical Skills
