At Elanco, IT Digital Product Delivery – Commercial team brings an adaptive set of skills spanning key strategic areas for the company and charged with converting identified business opportunities into effective digital product features and maximize value we provide to our customers.

A successful Veeva CRM Technical Consultant is a highly motivated individual, passionate about developing solutions, with deep knowledge Salesforce & Veeva tech stack and modern delivery practices.

This role closely partners with CRM tech lead, architect, product owner and rest of development team.

A strong combination of being able to translate business requirements into technical solutions and technical configuration, customization, development abilities will be essential to the success of this role.


ResponsibilitiesThe job responsibilities follows:


Work as part of a high-performing agile delivery teamDeliver product increments (by leveraging configuration, customization, development through Flows, APEX, SOQL, LWC) aligned with business prioritizationCollaborate with team to provide regular system maintenance activities, monitor system health.

Drive optimization, automation where possibleHelp curating Knowledge Documents post solution delivery to continuously upskill delivery and support teamsExecute against broader technical needs where required ( deployments, service troubleshooting and support consulting).


Basic Qualifications:

Must HavesBasic qualifications include:
Bachelor's degree in a related technical/business areaExperience working with a Pharmaceutical, Consumer Health or Medical Device organization.

Veeva or certification and minimum 3-5 years development experiencesDeep hands-on understanding of all aspects of the Veeva CRM platform configuration, customization and development; Veeva CRM Security model, Flows, ReportsBackend Apex (Triggers, Asynchronous Apex, batch jobs)Integrations with other systems such like SAP, Azure, MDM (Veeva Network) through Rest based APIsSalesforce Object Query Language (SOQL=User Interface (Visual Force, Lightning Web Components)Veeva Modules ( Account Management, Call Reporting, Product Catalog, Order Management, Suggestions, Approved email, Consent Capture, CLM, My Insights, Engage Meeting, Cycle Plan, Coaching Report)Experience working in an agile delivery environment.
