Front Desk Executive

- Welcoming and Greeting Visitors in person or on the telephone; answering or referring inquiries.
- Directs visitors by maintaining employee and department directories by giving proper instructions.
- Ensure to maintain security by following procedures: monitoring logbook i.e all the visitor coming to our office is entering their name, in and out time in the register.
- In case the visitor is our esteemed clients you have to ask their name and enter by yourself. Also issuing visitor badges if they are required to area's having access restrictions
- Intimating hospitality person about arrival of clients and ensuring that they are served with water, tea/coffee etc as soon as they come.(within reasonable time) also to ensure that they are comfortable waiting in reception area/meeting rooms/board room or lounge by switching on lights/tv/music and AC's.
- Coordinate with Office Assistants, Drivers etc on daily basis and get their attendance. You need to also update the attendance in Paybooks on daily basis incase of any discrepancy do inform H.R immediately.
- Ensure you also mark leaves of Office Assistants, Drivers etc in the paybook software as well update all the leaves on the daily basis before an employee goes for a leave.
- Ordering daily office requirements including flowers/food/beverages on behalf of office staff/clients & maintain petty cash for the same. Receive courier/parcel on behalf of respective person (also includes tiffen boxes, food and beverage parcels). Make sure respective person is been informed. Also acknowledging parcels, couriers and hand deliveries.
