About the role:
Course development officer oversees the approach to instruction that is being provided.

Assess the curriculum and the format in which it is being delivered, and also review the accompanying tools and resources as per Govt Guidelines.

Conduct a comprehensive evaluation of the existing tactics and methodology.

Make recommendations for improvements or adjustments that could provide a better learning experience or improve the educational setting for both students and instructors and supervise the implementation of any changes.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, organize, and supervise the day-to-day operations for current and future education tasks.
  • Reframe assignment and course progress as per Australian standard guideline.
  • Provide ongoing effective supervision of all units Assignment as per standard.
  • Ensure a safe and healthy environment and complete daily tasks assigned.
  • Develop and implement systems to organize and monitor work activities.
  • Maintain confidentiality of records.
  • Monitor the progress of new and existing teaching methods.

You are a good fit if :
You have at least a Master's degree in education field (M.Ed. English), although an advanced degree is an asset.

You should have a strong background in the education field, with roles that involve the evaluation and implementation of curriculum and other learning tools.
