About this opportunity:
The CA Manager is usually responsible for overseeing service quality assurance back-office tasks within an operational company. The main goal is to lead the team in offering second-level operational support and prompt system fault resolution.

What you will do:

  • To interact with Customers/MSIP/Projects to understand their needs, assess & offer solutions.
  • To lead the team and meet agreed SLA/WLA.
  • To efficiently assign tasks within the team to meet SLAs.
  • To ensure regular second-level preventive maintenance.
  • To prioritize faults to meet SLA/WLA deadlines.
  • To manage emergencies and coordinate with Emergency support if needed.
  • Responsible for managing costs within the budget.
  • To identify training needs for team members & ensure their skill development.
  • Flexible working hours based on business needs.
  • To take part in internal technical discussions to enhance overall OSS domain performance.
  • Follow up with OEM team for CSR issues resolution.
  • To ensure integration of new OSS nodes & AT following standardized processes.
  • To inform Senior Management team in a timely manner regarding manpower requirements for new Projects/Scope.
  • Responsible for promoting EHS/CoBE through employee awareness and compliance within the unit.

The skills you bring:

  • Experience: 14+ years mainly in OSS domain with expertise in Telecommunications, particularly Multi OEM OSS Server & 2G/4G/5G technologies.
  • Education Qualification: Degree in Engineering or equivalent experience.
  • For related products, extensive knowledge of Linux/Docker operating systems.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated and thrives under pressure.
  • Excellent people and customer management abilities.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Cost and time management skills.
  • Proactive with a positive outlook.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Flexibility in work hours.
  • Proficient in written and verbal English, knowledge of other languages is advantageous.
