- Assistance quotidienne du Manager Commercial
- Communications en interne
- Suivi des Process
- Mise à jour du tableau d'absence
- Travail administratif:

- Veiller à avoir à jour le classeur de reporting des Agents
- Surveiller les tableaux d'envoi de commandes et la pertinence des informations
- Optimiser les emplois du temps selon la charge de travail des collaborateurs
- Organiser les backups en cas d'absences ou permissions
- Filtrer les demandes urgentes ou validations spéciales
- Surveiller les différentes piles et oublis des commandes
- Garantir la bonne marche du service lors de l'absence de votre N+1
