The Job

The Software Developer as a Java Full Stack Developer is in charge of analyzing, designing, coding, testing, and implementing both existing and new applications. We are looking for a talented individual who is a strong technical asset, capable of comprehending, acquiring, and mastering a variety of diverse technologies used within the organization without constant supervision. The ideal candidate should collaborate effectively with both business and technical resources.

Principal Responsibilities
  • Engage with application development teams, subject matter experts, and third-party application specialists to grasp business requirements, develop user stories, and provide estimates.
  • Collaborate within an agile team to code, test, and maintain Java applications using Spring Framework and microservices technologies.
  • Hands-on software development to deliver scalable, reliable, and secure products.
  • Review, analyze, troubleshoot, and adjust complex core and customized software.
  • Address elevated customer inquiries/requests for technical/operational support.
  • Resolve intricate technical issues to meet customer service level agreements.
  • Analyze and/or implement corrective actions for root cause analysis/defect fixes.
  • Adhere to documented Software Development Life-Cycle standards.
  • Offer guidance on complex projects and serve as the top-level contributor or specialist.
  • Serve as the point of contact for higher-level or complex matters and collaborate with senior levels for resolution.
  • Ability to mentor junior resources and troubleshoot problems.
  • This role is full-time and may involve after-hours or on-call support, including weekends and evenings.
