Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required, associate or bachelor's degree preferred
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in a customer service role

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and experience with customer service software and systems
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
