About the Role:
- As Cluster Head FM in Jaipur, you will be responsible for the training and integration of new partners. Your role involves monitoring operational metrics by making regular visits to partner facilities in various cities within your jurisdiction. You will oversee assigned processes, collaborate with different teams, and strive to meet team objectives. Additionally, you will be proactive in identifying areas for improvement and suggesting enhancements to existing processes.
What you will do:
- Manage the onboarding and training of new partners for First Mile operations
- Recruit and onboard new partners continuously
- Monitor and assess the performance of partners within your cluster
- Conduct audits at partner facilities and address operational issues
- Ensure adherence to operational protocols
- Drive key operational metrics comprehensively to meet performance benchmarks
What you will need:
- Hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in any field
- 3-5 years of experience in e-commerce logistics
- Prior experience in onboarding and training partners in First Mile and sorting operations
- Knowledge of control tower and field operations is a bonus
