JOB DESCRIPTION

Position :
Student Counsellor (Overseas Education)

Duties & Responsibilities
Build better Relations with Customer

  • Guide Students in their Study Abroad Dream
  • Meet Registration Targets
  • Meet Visa Targets
  • Coordinate with Head Office
  • Department Managers, Backup Team, etc to care for the client's Concerns.
  • Flexible enough to Cope with Management Policies.

Preferred Requirements

  • Minimum 6 month to 3 year experience in related position.
  • Excellent oral communication skills, interpersonal skills and superb listening skills.
  • Familiarity with computers and the internet is a must.
  • Prior experience in Overseas Education / Immigration / Sales /Counselling.
  • Ability to communicate effectively and concisely to customers
  • Outgoing and positive with a passion to learn and grow.
  • Team skills and strong relationshipbuilding skills

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent
