Role Description

This is a full-time on-site position in Mumbai for an HR Officer specializing in Recruitment & HR Operations. The role demands a high level of professionalism, communication skills, and dedication. The selected candidate will work at our client's site and assist us in our consulting assignments.

  • Talent Acquisition and Development: Develop and implement efficient recruitment strategies, enhance onboarding procedures, and create retention plans. Source, screen, and interview candidates using platforms like LinkedIn and other agencies. Evaluate their qualifications and suitability for the organization. Conduct and manage interviews, verify references, and oversee the offer process while staying within budget constraints.
  • Performance Management: Establish a streamlined performance management process and collaborate with leaders to grasp compensation structures. Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) to pinpoint training requirements across the organization.
  • Employee Relations: Cultivate strong interdepartmental bonds, promote a positive work atmosphere, initiate Rewards & Recognition programs, and address employee issues and complaints effectively.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations. Perform regular audits and evaluations of HR practices and procedures to pinpoint areas of non-compliance. Develop and enforce HR policies and protocols aligned with organizational needs.
  • Administrative Excellence: Maintain precise employee records, oversee payroll and benefits administration, and manage various HR-related administrative duties.

Location:

Lower Parel, Mumbai, Maharashtra

Experience: 3-8 years of overall experience. Candidates with previous experience in the real estate sector will be given preference.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's/master's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

Desired Attributes:

Dynamic, proactive, exceptional written and verbal communication skills, growth-oriented mindset with a background in the real estate industry is essential.

Expected CTC: 5-10 LPA
