  • 1.

Enquiry/Lead Generation:
_

  • Primary responsibility is to generate enquiries and convert them into sales.
  • Acquiring a deep understanding of the local commercial vehicle market to achieve targeted sales volume.
  • 2.

Field Visits:
_

  • Conducting field visits as per the plan shared by the respective District Sales Manager (DSM).
  • Meeting potential and existing customers, providing them with transportation solutions using VE products to develop and enhance brand image among the target audience.
  • 3.

Liaison with Financers:
_

  • Supporting customers in vehicle financing and building rapport with financers to secure financing support for customers.
  • 4.

Feedback and Reporting:
_

  • Sharing enquiries with DSM, providing feedback on hot enquiries, and reporting daytoday sales activities to ensure compliance with sales processes and adherence to the Udaan system.
  • 5.

Achievement of Sales Targets and Pipeline:
_

  • Achieving sales targets provided by DSM and maintaining a ready pipeline for new customers to create and maintain a steady flow of business.
  • 6.

Customer Support and Product Knowledge:
_

  • Providing detailed product descriptions to customers, conducting necessary analysis, and suggesting the best product to increase customer satisfaction.
  • 7.

Promotional Activities and Cold Calling:
_

  • Executing promotional activities in the allocated area, such as Loan Mela, Demos, Campaigns, and Customer meets.
  • Cold calling referred and existing customers to increase market share and expand the customer base.

Qualifications:

  • 23 years of experience in retail sales, preferably in the automotive industry.
  • Strong passion for automobiles and excellent product knowledge.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build rapport with customers and deliver outstanding customer service.
  • Resultsdriven with a focus on achieving sales targets and exceeding customer expectations.
  • Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
