Bangalore-Manyata Tech Park (Hybrid)Business & TeamContent Services enable critical business functions within the bank by creating reliable E2E solutions for document management leveraging both in-house solutions and industry leading products.

As a leader, we would expect you to have:

Comprehensive experience in risk management in complex environments, including experience in incident and issue management, adhering to compliance obligations and developing 'risk resilient' cultures.

The skills to manage risk effectively including authentically communicating the importance of risk in a way that mobilises others to act, making robust decisions based on data and root cause analysis, creating an environment where people feel safe to speak up, working collaboratively across the three lines of accountability and delivering sustainable resultsRoles & ResponsibilitiesProvide technical strategy and guidance, overseeing complex engineering initiatives· Drive the development of strategic programs of work, including proof of concept developments· Utilise strong understanding of core business and technical strategies to deliver best business outcomes through technical implementation· Provide consultancy across projects and delivery teams· Lead and champion strategic practice development within team or platform· Follow best practices and industry standards in the team Identify, gain support for, and ensure execution of strategic direction in areas of expertise· Take responsibility for nominated technical assets related to areas of expertise including roadmaps and technical direction· Mentor and up-skill other engineering teams across different squads· Contribute to internal online discussion around software engineering, delivery and technology (for example blog posts and knowledge base articles)· Drive the team under incidents in complex RCA and technical cause with an urgency on restoration of service and reducing customer impact

Essential Skills:
We use a broad range of tools, languages, and frameworks. We don't expect you to know them all but experience or exposure with some of these (or equivalents) will set you up for success in this team;
  • 12+ Years experience in .Net Core
  • Hands on experience designing and developing APIs and Microservices
  • Design and Architecture patterns
  • AWS cloud and cloud patterns experience, preferably AWS certified
  • Experience with Kubernetes and Containerization is desirable
  • Architecture principles, and building CI/CD pipelines
  • OpenText knowledge – Documentum and InfoArchive desirable but not a mandateQualificationsBachelor's degree in computer science, Computer Engineering or Electrical Engineering.
