  • Primary rolewill be to facilitate the Design from Concept to the execution stage
  • Assisting the consultantswith all issues faced by them and playing an active role in assisting them forresolution of the same with other stakeholders. This includes interface withother vendors / technical details / engineering and submittals / coordinationwith Procurement & Contracts group.
  • Should possessknowledge of various Construction materials and systems.
  • Guiding thePlanning dept. for release of scope of works and effective monitoring of the Designschedule.
  • Periodic reviewof the design progress and trouble shooting in case of delays.
  • Recommendingguidelines for finalization of contractors & vendors.
  • Coordinationwith other depts. all the needs & requirement pertaining to the project.
  • Issuingguidelines for implementation of all statutory requirements pertaining to the Design
  • Giving allnecessary technical inputs/ reports / clarification to all the depts. involvedin the project.
Skills Required (Knowledge and Skills)

  • Co ordinationwith the various consultants
  • Knowledge ofMaterials / Sequencing / Protection of finished works
  • Understandingoverall construction sequence and accordingly plan, coordinate and implementvarious design activities taking care of various inter disciplinary interfaces
  • Goodunderstanding of the interior materials and should be able to make materialpalettes
  • Knowledge inConstruction technology & Management, Codes and StandardsKey Attributes (Experience and Qualifications)Necessary
  • B. Architecture
  • 6 to 12 years'experience. Preferably worked on major projects with high rise and finisheselements. A minimum of 2 projects such as 5 star hotel, Hospitals / Club / Mall/ Luxury Residences.

Desirable:

  • Post-Graduationis preferred.
  • OverseasExperience is desirable

Education Requirement :
B. Architecture / Master. Architecture.

Experience Requirement :
1-7years of experience in the area of detail engineering
