As a Junior QA Test Engineer, you will play a key role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products. You will collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to conduct thorough testing, identify defects, and contribute to the overall improvement of our software product.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and provide feedback. Assist in conducting comprehensive testing of software applications, including functional integration, regression, and performance testing. Support in developing and maintaining detailed test plans, test cases, and scripts to ensure comprehensive test coverage and accurate documentation of testing activities. Assist in configuring software installations for the test environment. Participate in manual and automated testing processes to identify defects and ensure software quality Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives related to testing processes and methodologies.

Required Qualifications:

Experience in software testing or any relevant field. Knowledge of software testing methodologies, tools, and best practices. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Passion for ensuring software quality and a commitment to continuous improvement.

Preferred Qualifications:

Relevant certifications (e.g., ISTQB) are advantageous. Familiarity with various OS (Windows, Unix, Linux) and deployment environments. Exposure to test automation frameworks (e.g., Robot test) is a plus. Exposure to performance testing and load testing tools. Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
