Job Description
Position's Responsibilities
- Carry out tasks based on the EOB and Insurance portals to recover outstanding Accounts Receivables.
- Identify outstanding claims with payers by examining client reports and checking websites and imaging applications for outstanding claims, documenting details in client software for resolution.
- Analyze medical insurance claims to ensure quality assurance.
- Resolve routine queries following established guidelines.
- Ensure accurate and timely transaction completion to meet client SLA requirements.
- Conduct basic research on customer inquiries.
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of the healthcare insurance industry, products, services, and team processes.
- Identify outstanding claims with payers using client reports.
- Review EOB and Insurance websites for outstanding claims.
- Collaborate with the team leader to adhere to processes.
Requirements for this role:
- Available for shifts from Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM IST.
- University degree or equivalent with at least 3 years of formal studies.
- 1+ year(s) of experience using Windows PC applications, including keyboard use, screen navigation, and learning new software tools.
Preferences:
- Effective communication skills (oral/written) to interact with clients.
- *** Shift timings may be adjusted based on client needs. Overtime and weekend work may be required as per business demands.
- *** All new hires must complete our Orientation/Process training classes successfully and demonstrate proficiency in the content.
