Scop Management 1 Understanding Project requirements proposed by Management

2 Understanding the Statutory requirement governing the proposed project & highlighting the constraints.

3 Support for Area statement & concept drawing of best fit within given,project
,site & statutory parameters.

4 Support freezing the Project Scope document
5 Support for framing Project Specifications & schedule of finishes

6 Providing necessary input to Estimation,Planning & Project Management
Teams

Time Management 1 Understanding of the Project Schedule & generating the Design Drawing List
& Schedule

2 Overview of project progress & design &drawing deliveries required

3 Maintaining timely delivery of the drawing as per projecting requirement without delay or effecting the project schedule.

Construction Management 1 Monitoring construction activities & coordinating with the execution team.
2 Monitor works are as per GFCs & agreed specification.

3 Provide information to the Project Team, though Design Head, as required & as per RFIs.

4 Verify the complete survey process & setting out the construction at every level.

5 Be aware at all times of the activities in progress

Cost Management 1 Provide specifications & schedule of finishes as per the standard require for the project,& understand the bearing of these on the cost

2 Work with the project Team on cost control at the same time ensure that the standards agreed are maintained.

3 Provide suitable information to the costing team for budget estimates

4 Survey marker for suitable new/ alternative qulatiy products that may be adopted,duly considering techno commercial impacts.

Design Management 1 Immediately on freezing the requirement,support in preparing concept drawings,project overview and facilitate approval thereof.

2 draft the basis report for the side project and abtaining approval thereof.

3 Drafting the Design of the project in details & detail &obtaining apporval thereof
4 Draft tender &GFC drawings & detaling
5 Submit response to RFI on drawing discrepancies.
6 Maintain an accurate register of drawing issued
7 Ensure that superseded drawings are promty taken out of circulation.

8 Prepare &maintain standard Tapovan Detailing,General Notes,drawing template etc.

9 Tracking all project, requirements & ensuring timely release of necessary drawing & details.

10 Providing necessary input/drawing in 3D,rendering for marketing collaterals.

Quality Management 1 Be completely responsible for the quality of work generated.

2 Study & understand technical specifications,upgrade oneself in the best practice,NBC,BIS& other relevant Standards

3 Study & understand of statutory regulations as required for the location of

Tapovan Projects & keep abreast of new developments.

4 Witnessing,testing of materials & works time to time to ensure compliance to adopted activities

5 Awareness of Standard specifications & Work Method Statement for all construction activities

6 Review & comment on bought out time are of approved make & specifications prior to use in Construction.

7 Documents,Escalate,obtain for and ensure Corrective Actions for nonconformities.

EHS Management 1
Be Aware of job specific hazards & affect Preventive Measues

Ensure100% compliance to PPE regime while at site

ensure effective housekeeping around work space

**Document Control

• Record & check the quality of outgoing drawings & documents**1 Drawing Number, Revision Status,Dates

2 Completeness of the Information
3 Confoemance with Reference Drawings

Understand & draft response with records to RFIs,

Prepare Daily Log for works carried in the section,cheak for correctness,

Accuracy & record all activities with timelines

Administrative Role 1 Plan & track daily own activities
2 comply to organization Code of conduct

Salary:
Up to ₹22,000.00 per month

Schedule:

• Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Mysore, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:

- total work: 2 years (preferred)
