We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Vice President of Sales for our Windows Division based in Charlotte, NC . - Proven track record of implementing strategic initiatives to drive profitable growth.
- Experience in managing national sales teams and developing future business leaders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Willingness to travel (~50%).
Preferred Candidate Profile:
- Extensive experience leading national sales efforts exceeding $1 billion in total top-line sales within the building materials industry .
- MBA from a recognized institution.
- Proven ability to improve underperforming sales teams.
- Residency in or willingness to relocate to the Charlotte, NC area.
