At Acumen, we are committed to empowering our clients to thrive in the ever-evolving global business landscape.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role in Mumbai for HR Officer who specializes in Recruitment & HR Operations. The role requires demonstration of high professionalism, communication and commitment.
The resource would be deployed at our client's location and will support us in our consulting projects.
Talent Acquisition and Development:
Design and execute effective recruitment strategies, enhance the onboarding process, and develop strategies to maintain retention. Source, screen, and interview candidates through LinkedIn, and various other platforms and agencies. Assess their qualifications and fit for the organization. Conduct & Coordinate interviews, conduct reference checks, and facilitate the offer process. Operate within the organizational budget to meet recruitment needs.
Performance Management:
Establish a streamline process for Performance management and work well with leaders to understand compensation scales. Do TNA to identify areas for various types of training within the organization.
Employee Relations:
Build strong cross departmental relationships, foster a positive work environment, take initiatives to introduce Rewards & Recognition program and effectively address employee concerns and grievances
Compliance:
Ensure adherence to labour laws and regulations. Conduct regular audits and assessments of HR practices, and processes to identify areas of non-compliance. Design and implement HR policies and procedures in accordance with organizational needs.
Administrative Excellence:
Maintain accurate employee records, manage payroll and benefits administration, and handle various HR-related administrative tasks.
Location:
Lower Parel, Mumbai, MaharashtraExperience- Overall experience 3-8 years.
Those with prior experience of having worked in the real estate sector will be given priority
Qualifications:
Bachelor's / master's degree in human resources management, Business Administration, or a related field
Desired Attributes:
Dynamic, proactive, exceptional written and verbal communication, growth driven mindset with a background in real estate industry is a must.
