JobSummary:We are seeking an experienced HRRecruiter to join our team and play a key role in our talentacquisition efforts. The HR Recruiter will be responsible forsourcing screening and selecting qualified candidates to fillvarious positions within the company. The ideal candidate will havea solid understanding of recruitment best practices excellentcommunication skills and a proven track record of successfullyrecruiting candidates across multiplechannels.Responsibilities:
  • Collaboratewith hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and developeffective recruitment strategies.
  • Sourcecandidates through various channels including job boards socialmedia professional networks and employeereferrals.
  • Screen resumes and applicationsconduct initial phone screenings and schedule interviews withqualified candidates.
  • Conduct indepthinterviews to assess candidates skills experience and cultural fitfor the organization.
  • Coordinate and facilitatethe interview process including scheduling interviews preparinginterview questions and collecting feedback frominterviewers.
  • Extend job offers to selectedcandidates and negotiate terms of employment asneeded.
  • Conduct reference checks and backgroundscreenings for selected candidates.
  • Maintainaccurate and uptodate candidate records in the applicant trackingsystem (ATS) and other HR databases.
  • Provideregular updates to hiring managers on the status of open positionsand candidate pipelines.
  • Assist with thedevelopment and implementation of recruitment policies proceduresand best practices.
  • Participate in job fairsnetworking events and other recruitment activities to attract toptalent to the organization.
  • Stay current onindustry trends and best practices in recruitment and talentacquisition.
Requirements:
  • Bachelorsdegree in Human Resources Business Administration or a relatedfield.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as anHR Recruiter or in a similar role preferably in a corporateenvironment.
  • Proven track record ofsuccessfully sourcing and recruiting candidates across multiplechannels.
  • Solid understanding of recruitmentbest practices including candidate sourcing screening and selectiontechniques.
  • Excellent communication andinterpersonal skills with the ability to effectively communicatewith hiring managers candidates and otherstakeholders.
  • Strong organizational and timemanagement skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meetdeadlines in a fastpacedenvironment.
  • Proficiency in applicant trackingsystems (ATS) and other HR softwareapplications.
  • Knowledge of employment laws andregulations related to recruitment and hiringpractices.
  • Ability to work independently withminimal supervision and as part of ateam.
  • Professional demeanor and strongcommitment to confidentiality and ethicalconduct.
