The Customer Relations Intern plays a vital role in supporting the sales and customer relations functions within an organization.

This internship provides hands-on experience and exposure to various aspects of sales and customer service, helping interns develop essential skills in communication, relationship management, and sales techniques.

The intern will work closely with the sales and customer relations teams, assisting in day-to-day activities and contributing to the achievement of sales goals and customer satisfaction.


Responsibilities:

  • Assist the sales team in lead generation activities, including prospect research, data entry, and lead qualification.
  • Support the sales team in preparing sales presentations, proposals, and sales collateral.
  • Help maintain and update the customer relationship management (CRM) system with accurate and uptodate customer information.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential customers and industry trends.
  • Assist in managing customer inquiries, providing product information, and resolving customer concerns or complaints.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop and maintain positive relationships with existing customers.
  • Assist in organizing and coordinating sales meetings, events, and trade shows.
  • Contribute to sales reporting and analysis, including tracking sales metrics and preparing sales performance reports.
  • Participate in sales training programs and workshops to enhance sales skills and product knowledge.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to provide insights and recommendations to the sales team.

Requirements:

  • Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Customercentric mindset with a passion for providing excellent customer service.
  • Basic understanding of sales principles and techniques is preferred.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with crossfunctional teams.
  • Detailoriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt in a fastpaced sales environment.
  • Prior experience in a customer service or salesrelated role is a plus.
  • Availability to work fulltime or parttime as required by the internship program.

Job Types:

Salary:
₹7, ₹15,000.00 per month
