Join our Data Analytics Team as a Power BI Specialist



  • Establishing best practices and standards for managing Power BI artifacts, such as reports, datasets, and dataflows within workspaces.
  • Configuring and managing dataflows to ingest, transform, and prepare data from various sources for analysis.
  • Developing and implementing strategies for automating data refresh processes to ensure updated reports and dashboards.
  • Collaborating with data engineers and data scientists to optimize dataflows and ensure data quality and consistency.
  • Monitoring and troubleshooting data refresh failures, performance issues, and technical challenges related to Power BI datasets and dataflows.
  • Managing Power BI deployment pipelines across different environments.
  • Leveraging Power BI REST APIs to automate CI/CD pipelines for scaling dashboard updates.

Exciting Opportunities in Power BI Development:


  • Working closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Developing advanced Power BI reports, dashboards, and interactive visualizations to drive data-driven decision-making.
  • Designing and implementing efficient and scalable data models using Power BI Desktop and SQL Server Analysis Services (SSAS).
  • Writing complex M query and DAX calculations to manipulate and transform data for analysis.
  • Integrating Python and/or R scripts into Power BI for data transformation and visualization.
  • Optimizing performance of Power BI reports and dashboards for improved user experience.
  • Establishing version control best practices using Git integration, documentation, training, and support.
  • Providing training to enhance Power BI capabilities for data scientists.
  • Staying updated with industry trends and recommending innovative solutions.

Our Ideal Candidate:


  • Minimum of 5 years in business intelligence and data analytics, with extensive hands-on Power BI experience.
  • Expertise in creating elegant, professional data visualizations in Power BI.
  • Strong understanding of data modeling and integration concepts.
  • Proficient in Power Query M language, advanced DAX calculations, and optimizing Power BI performance.
  • Experience working with large, complex datasets and Power BI gateways.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Microsoft Power BI certification(s) preferred.
