Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
  • Preferably holds a Coach Certification.
  • Proficient in Lean principles and methodologies.
  • Advanced understanding of structured and methodical learning approaches.
  • Extensive experience leading internal lean projects or Project Management initiatives.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in management skills, tools, and techniques.
  • Strong communication, teamwork, conflict resolution, and coaching capabilities.
  • Background in collaborating within global or international teams.
