primarily works with Banks(PlatformasaSolution (PaaS) solution) andalready provides its solution to two of the largest acquirers inIndia. Mintoak also has international presence and powers merchantsolutions for clients in the Middle East.

Job Description

Responsibilities:

1. Campaign management Plancoordinate and execute endtoend mobile app marketing campaignsensuring timely delivery of all campaign components.
2. Content development Creation ofmarketing collateral including productrelated digital content PushNotifications Email campaigns SMS and Social media posts ensuringconsistency and adherence to brand guidelines.
3. Crossfunctional collaboration Workclosely with internal teams including marketing design productdevelopment and sales to align campaign objectives and messagingwith overall business goals.
4. Performance Analysis: Monitor campaignperformance and analyze key metrics (MAU Feature adoption %Crosssell % etc.) to measure effectiveness and ROI. Identify areasfor optimization and implement datadriven strategies to improvecampaign outcomes.
5. MarketResearch: Conduct market research and competitiveanalysis to identify market trends customer insights andopportunities for innovation in marketing strategies.

Technical Skills andExperience

• 23 years experience in marketing campaignmanagement preferably in the Fintech or Bankingindustry.
• Knowledge and handson experience indriving campaigns for Payments Lending and Mobile banking appswould be good to have.
• Strong projectmanagement skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize in afastpaced environment.
• Excellent communicationand interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborateeffectively with crossfunctional teams and externalpartners.
• Knowledge of banking regulations andcompliance requirements related to marketing andadvertising.
