What success looks like in this role:

Market Research:
Conduct research to understand market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscapes.

Define Goals and Objectives:
Establish clear goals and objectives for the product based on business requirements and customer feedback.

Product Planning:

Roadmap Development:
Create and communicate a product roadmap that outlines the planned features and enhancements over time.

Prioritization:
Work with stakeholders to prioritize features and improvements based on business value and customer impact.

Cross-functional Collaboration:

Team Leadership:
Lead cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and other stakeholders.

Communication:
Facilitate communication between different teams to ensure everyone is aligned on the product vision and goals.

Development and Execution:

User Stories:
Define and document user stories, requirements, and acceptance criteria.

Agile Development:
Work with development teams using agile methodologies to iteratively build and release features

You will be successful in this role if you have:

- Requires a minimum of 8 years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience - Business analysis, requirements and/or product ownership certifications preferred
