Position Available: IT Lead, Financial Technologies
Are you an accomplished IT professional with expertise in financial applications such as Blackline, Hyperion, Medius, and Workiva? We are seeking a forward-thinking Finance Solution Architect to lead our financial technology initiatives, influencing the design, implementation, and optimization of financial systems. Your knowledge will be key in shaping our financial landscape, driving efficiency, and managing solution implementation vendors to ensure successful project execution.

Collaborate with Build leads and key stakeholders to guide the team in executing activities following Stryker's Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) framework and processes.Work in tandem with System Integrators to ensure alignment of program activities and milestones for successful deployment and production releases.Oversee and guarantee completion of all business and program cut-over activities.Drive well-informed decision-making for large cross-functional projects.Provide leadership in identifying continuous improvement opportunities and offer guidance on the technical and design aspects of solutions.Relevant Experience and Qualifications:
Minimum 4 years of professional experience in software design, development, and deployment.Minimum 3 years of experience in deploying or delivering finance solutions.Understand the configuration and design of financial applications such as Procure to Pay, Invoice to Cash, or Record to Report.Collaborative mindset, able to work effectively in a matrix organization structure emphasizing collaboration and persuasion.Strong knowledge of Excel Advanced, PowerPoint presentations, Word documents, Access DB, MS Project Suite, and other relevant tools.About Stryker
