Job Description

Key Responsibilities

To be a one point of contact to new joiner and facilitate new joiners in the organization. To get joining formalities completed of new joiner. To circulate new employee welcome email. Weekly feeding data to marketing team of new joiners. To initiating BGV of all new candidates and maintaining track record. To keep employee's birthday & anniversary record and posting the same. Co-coordinating with different team for birthday & anniversary template. To build employee relations. To bring efficiency and smoothness to the entire process. To building and nurturing connections with multiple agencies and Vender Management. Initiating exit formalities. To identify & draft new HR policies and amend current policies on timely basis as per HR head guidelines. Preparing presentations for various things under HR Head guidance. Above all or any other requirements provided by your Reporting Manager.

Preferred Education and Experience

Fluent in spoken & written English and able to take part in discussions, think proactively and ability to solve the problem, should be able to work within given deadlines, Quick and Self-learner skills, self - motivated person, easily adopts to the changing environment Graduate, human resources, or a related field; or an equivalent combination of education and experience

Work Environment

This job operates in a hybrid environment. This role routinely uses computer equipment such as mouse, monitors, keyboards, phones, printer, scanner and headphones
