What we're looking for

• A creative professional with 02 years of experience in creating illustrations and original pieces of artwork for digital platforms.
• Proficiency in Adobe Design Suite (mainly Illustrator, Photoshop, Indesign).
• Knowledge of Figma is a plus.
• Passion for design and a flair for bold, bright and impactful work.
• Eagerness to stay up to date with new design techniques and software.
• Enthusiasm to progress professionally and personally with a keen willingness to learn

What you will be working on:

Ideation:

Researching and developing ideas to enhance the learning process and course experience through compelling visual content.

Storyboarding:

• Ability to derive storyboards for the script given and further translate them into interesting visual content.
• Additionally, conceptualise and create illustrations and other graphics assets for the motion design team and core product team.
• Ensuring all graphics/animations/print/video production are accurate, timely, relevant, compelling, and appropriate for the intended audience.

Course creation and core product:

• Good understanding of and ability to create graphics for motion graphics and other postproduction workflows.
• Strong understanding of typography, colour palettes and motion design.

Who will you be working with:

Design team consisting of video editors and graphics designers to come up with new ideas, patterns and styles and thereby ensuring visual consistency of every deliverable that goes out from the brand.

Marketing team consisting of content writers and researchers. Course development team and product team consisting of product designers and engineers. Your work will also involve brainstorming and coordinating with industry experts and mentors to create high quality course content.

As a Content Strategist you will be responsible for developing and implementing our content strategy in order to increase our online presence and improve our marketing and sales efforts.

You will be working closely with Marketing and Sales departments.
