Role Responsibilities:

  • Forecast, prepare and implement budget.

  • Budget VS Actual MI
  • Monthly Preparation of MIS report for Management Review & Monthly Review Meeting
  • Maintaining, enhancing and reporting various internal data that is used for
  • presentations to Executive Leadership.
  • Tracking performance against already established Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) that measure efficiencies, quality and productivity.
  • Preparing Daily, Weekly Monthly MIS Reports.
  • Preparing Graphs and analytical reports.
  • Publishing reports on dashboard.
  • Handling database management by using Advanced Excel tools.
  • Design and build Microsoft Excel based analytics reports.
  • Presenting information through reports and visualization.
  • Preparation of MIS in such a manner so that quick decision can be taken and data could be retrieved within minimum period of time.
  • To handle multiple reports, working with formulas like- VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, SUMIFS, COUNT, COUNTIFS, COUNTA, IFERROR, MACRO, Pivot tables etc.
  • Preparation of Budgets Forecasts (Revenue Line, Cost Line, Provisions Balance Sheet) and presentation of budget to the MD.

Role Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, MBA/ICWA / ACCA/CA Inter or relevant field.
  • In-depth knowledge of financial regulations and accounting processes.
  • Accuracy – this is an essential requirement.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • A flexible attitude to work with the ability to prioritize.
  • Good judgement skills and good memory.
  • Able to multitask under pressure and time management is a key quality.
  • You will be educated to a good level and possess excellent presentation and communication skills.
  • Excellent use of Microsoft Office is essential including Outlook, Word and Excel.
  • Previous experience working within a fast-paced environment is desirable.
  • Ability to follow company policies and practices.
