- E xperience in web-based application implementation or support, cloud computing and/or network engineering
- At least 4 years in System Administration
- At least 4 years in Window Administration
- At least 3 years in Cloud computing(AWS technologies and concepts such as Lambda, s3, IAM, VPC, SSM, AMIs, EC2, RDS, EBS)
- Monitoring applications, servers, and/or networks and with AWS SysOps Administrator or Cloud Practitioner Certification or similar work experience.
- Provisioning and managing infrastructure as well as applications in cloud :
- Perform system administration activities, which includes coordinating and managing the postgo live configuration of applications and interfaces, analyzing workflows while complying policies, procedures and constraints of assigned clients.
- Perform escalated analysis, troubleshooting, testing, and issue resolution in support of multiple clients for supported applications.
- Monitoring of the network, servers, cloud and applications to ensure full availability and optimum performance daily. Utilize software tools and logs to monitor network and system health
- Assure technical support problem resolution related to applications and infrastructure through cooperative relationship the support and Managed Cloud Services teams.
- Perform system maintenance tasks including application and operating system updates etc. )
